About me
I am a trained and intuitive healer, hypnotherapist, pain coach, and physical therapist, and my work centers around one core mission: helping people reclaim their wholeness in a society that often asks us to sever connections with ourselves and each other. I founded “Germany Goes To Therapy” as a space to facilitate healing in a way that resists the pressure to conform to oppressive norms. I believe that healing—true, visceral healing—is not just personal but an act of resistance against systems that exploit our bodies and disconnect us from our deepest truths.
Two strengths I bring to my practice are neurodivergence and high sensitivity. Both guide the way my brain operates and are paramount to the way I work.
Through my work, I hold a space that allows you to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been there, waiting to be seen, understood and reintegrated. My approach combines emotional sensitivity with a deep scientific understanding of how our mental and physical health are intimately connected on a cellular level. Every reaction, every emotion you experience in response to your environment, holds valuable insight. Here, in a space without judgment, we’ll allow those reactions to guide us toward meaningful transformation.

Rooted in a decolonized practice
My practice is guided by the idea that healing is not about adjusting to an unhealthy society but about learning to live authentically within it. The quote from Jiddu Krishnamurti—“It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society”—is central to my work. To heal, we must question and resist the norms that harm us. Together, we will explore your connection to yourself, your body, and your community, widening the space for you to live more freely, in alignment with your own values and needs.
Embracing the wisdom of the body
As a psychosomatic pain coach and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) hypnotherapist, I specialize in working with the subconscious mind and the body’s messages. Society teaches us to suppress our feelings and abandon our boundaries to fit in, often resulting in physical and emotional pain. Whether through chronic pain, tension, or anxiety, your body’s responses are valuable cues, a form of wisdom that says “no” to what feels harmful or unsafe. Our work will focus on uncovering and honoring these messages, helping you establish a connection with your body that encourages health, authenticity, and resilience.
Healing as Resistance
In racial capitalism, where human life and well-being are often sacrificed for profit and control, my practice is an invitation to reclaim a way of being that is rooted in love, kindness, and collective care. The systems that surround us—patriarchy, ableism, and capitalism—often rob us of our ability to connect meaningfully with ourselves and others, leaving us collectively dissociated. I believe that by reconnecting to our authentic selves and forming compassionate connections, we can combat the self-destructive drive of these systems and foster a more humane world.
Every one of my clients becomes a rebel because, in a world this violent and toxic, healing and wellness are acts of rebellion. A crucial part of this process is practicing how to build boundaries against systems designed to harm us. Together, we’ll cultivate the strength and clarity needed to protect your well-being and reclaim your power in the face of these forces.
I wholeheartedly believe that healing is possible, even in a world that often feels toxic. And it begins with trusting the innate wisdom within you, reconnecting with your needs, and creating space for compassion, for yourself and the world. Together, we’ll find that space and begin to widen it, so you can live a life of resilience, joy, and purpose.
I can only recommend Jasmin to anyone who feels that they can no longer cope with their pain, stress and excessive demands.
Jasmin works highly professionally, has a great deal of in-depth knowledge and at the same time manages to build up an incredibly authentic relationship in which you can feel completely free and safe. I am infinitely grateful to have dared to take the step of hypnosis with Jasmin and to have finally found an active path to more joy in life. Thank you!

How I work
As a physical therapist, I specialized in the treatment of pelvic pain. I noticed that the tension in the pelvic floor often came with a high level of mental tension and anxiety. This lead me to focus my work on the intimate correlation between mental and physical tension. As a hypnotherapist I began to focus on finding the root cause of the distress in order to create a sustainable release, for both the mental and the physical tension.
The bio-psycho-social model
The bio-psycho-social model can be summarized as the following: our health is determined by a complex interplay of biology, psychology and influences from our social environment . Taking all aspects into account is essential in order to break the cycle of pain, tension and anxiety. This is what I do in my praxis. Only when we take into account the entirety of the human experience are we able to create lasting results for our health. The dichotomy of body versus mind is 100% false. Therefore any treatment based of this framework is incomplete.
The importance of hypnosis
In the course of treating painful sex (vaginismus), I was able to observe how fear and negative experiences are stored in the body. In search of an effective method to release the psychological blockages that lay at the root of physical symptoms I found that Hypnosis is a very effective tool in the treatment of complex and chronic pain. The effectiveness of hypnosis has been researched for over 30 years and has been well documented. The overwhelming evidence regarding the efficacy of hypnosis for pain clients let me to study RTT-hypnotherapy.
Social and political influences on my work
My work goes far beyond the individual level. I always see people and the body in their social context. For example, when I work with clients who have pain or anxiety during sex, I look at the symptoms in the context of patriarchal hierarchies. We analyze female socialization and how this has contributed to women* not feeling save during sex and the social inhibition of women’s ability to develop a free and self-determined sexuality.
What is female socialization all about?
I talk a lot about how women* and girls* are raised to be compliant and subservient. This upbringing has an extremely negative effect on the mental health of women* and on their sexual development and self-determination. By understanding these societal influences, we can work together to recognize these patterns and discard them step by step.
My mission
I want to encourage women* in particular to confidently confront the structural injustices of this world. My work around pelvic floor therapy, birth trauma and vaginismus has shown me how little consideration is given to women in conventional medicine. Their needs and their integrity is often not taken seriously or respected. The many stories of my clients have revealed the same patterns of systemic violence against women in the medical system. They have shaped my mission as a therapist and as a human to help women* heal from and learn to protect themselves against the eternal gaslighting within capitalism.
* I deliberately use the term women here, with the asterisk that I put behind it (women*). This refers to the fact that the classification into a binary gender system and thus also into the category of woman is primarily made from the outside. I am therefore referring to the process of socialization and upbringing that this person has undergone. So you can also read women* as “people who have been socialized as female”. However, this is disruptive to the flow of writing and reading, which is why I opted for this version. I am also considering the women for whom it feels important to be perceived and addressed as such.
